Bachelor of Science degree in any of the following fields:
Computer Science, Information Communications Technology, Information
Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Networking, Software Engineering,
Business Information Technology, Data Science, Telecommunications Engineering,
Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Cyber Security or equivalent
qualification from a recognized institution.

Undertaking preventive measures,
repairing and maintaining ICT equipment and software applications;

providing end user support and capacity building;
